It was Discovered that an Illegal 5-story Residential Building is Being Constructed in Kashkadarya

A 5-story residential building under construction in the Karshi, Kashkadarya region, was discovered without proper registration with the regional control inspection, according to Adham Jorayev, deputy director of the regional construction supervision inspection.  Jorayev informed QALAPMIR.UZ about the situation.

He revealed that an unauthorised 5-story building was being constructed in the first "Beklar" neighbourhood of Karshi by the Limited Liability Company "P.T."  The first floor is designated for commercial and household services, while the remaining floors are intended for residential purposes.

Furthermore, it was discovered that the project-estimate documents for the construction had not obtained a positive expert opinion from the relevant organisation, and the construction itself had not been registered with the regional control inspection.  Additionally, there was no temporary protective fence around the site, and the workers failed to adhere to safety regulations.

As a result, all construction and assembly work have been temporarily suspended until the identified issues are resolved. 

Moreover, during the inital stages of construction in 2022, the territorial control inspection conducted an inspection, leading to the issuance of an administrative report.

It is worth noting that another case of illegal construction was previously uncovered in Tashkent, where an entrepreneur had illegally added 9 floors and a mansard to a planned 3-story building.
