Woman who kept a 15-year-old girl in sexual slavery was sentenced in Kashkadarya

In the Kashkadarya region, a woman who kept a minor girl in her house and lured her to have sex was arrested. This was reported by the Children's Ombudsman.

Also, defendants A.F. (male) and Sh.U. (male) Article 118, part 3, clause "a" (Touching honor), Article 135, part 3, clauses "a", "g" (Trafficking in human beings), Article 127, part 3 (Anti-social treatment of a minor) of the Criminal Code were found guilty and sentenced to 9 years in prison.

The appeal filed by the defendants in the appeal procedure regarding this sentence was considered in the appeal procedure of the court of Kashkadarya region and the verdict of the court of first instance was left unchanged.

"The underage victim Ch.T. is being provided with all necessary social, legal and psychological support by the Children's Ombudsman and relevant organizations during the criminal proceedings," the report says.
