Uzbek citizens in Israel warned amid possible security escalation

The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Israel has urged Uzbek citizens to exercise caution amid a possible deterioration of the security situation in the country.

According to the embassy, all citizens must strictly follow the instructions of Israel’s Home Front Command.

For safety reasons, citizens are advised to stay close to protected areas, immediately enter shelters when an air raid alert or siren is heard, and not leave them until official permission is given.

Citizens have also been asked to regularly monitor official announcements and emergency instructions.

Earlier, Iran resumed missile attacks on Israeli territory after Israel struck a Hezbollah infrastructure facility in the Dahiyeh district of southern Beirut.

Israel later said it had carried out retaliatory strikes against Iran.
