An employee of the Internal Affairs Department of the Yangariq district of the Khorezm region committed suicide with a service weapon. This was reported by the regional prosecutor's office.

It is noted that Yangariq district Ministry of Internal Affairs officer U.R., on 22 November, he committed suicide with a service weapon in the district Ministry of Internal Affairs building.

According to preliminary information, U.R.'s suicide was caused by a mental breakdown following a family dispute.

Yangariq district prosecutor's office is carrying out investigations into the situation.

The investigation was supervised by the regional prosecutor's office.
