Damas vehicle with children falls into Fergana canal (video)

A Damas driver, along with two children, fell into the Fergana canal in the Toshloq district of the Fergana region. This incident was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The accident occurred on October 19 at 5:07 p.m. when the Damas vehicle, driven by a resident of the "Naymanboston" neighborhood in Toshloq district, fell into the canal due to carelessness.

Upon receiving the emergency call, rescuers promptly arrived at the scene and utilized special equipment to pull the car out of the canal. Fortunately, the driver and his two minor children managed to swim to safety when the vehicle fell into the water.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, there were no injuries or fatalities reported as a result of the incident.

In a related case, it was previously reported that the driver of a Nexia-2 and four passengers tragically drowned in a canal in the Syrdarya region. This accident occurred when the vehicle was navigating a bridge designed for vehicle passage over the "Janubiy Mirzachol" channel. The car lost control, crashed into the bridge girders, and fell into the canal, resulting in the drowning of the driver and four passengers.
