Car carrying kindergarten children was involved in a crash

13699On June 19, a traffic accident in Karakalpakstan involved a car transporting students from a private kindergarten. This incident was reported by the information service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The incident occurred when S.G., the head of the private kindergarten, was driving a Nexia car with kindergarten students. A Gentra car driven by U.Q. suddenly pulled out in front of the Nexia, causing a collision.
The accident resulted in injuries to two kindergarten students, H.F., born in 2018, and N.S., born in 2021. They were taken to the hospital for inpatient treatment.
Preliminary reports indicate that both children sustained moderate injuries and received appropriate medical care. The other individuals involved in the accident were given a thorough outpatient examination and are in satisfactory condition.
As a result of the incident, a criminal case has been opened under Part 1 of Article 266 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to violations of traffic safety rules.
"The criminal case will include a legal evaluation of S.G., who exceeded the passenger limit in the Nexia car, and U.Q., the Gentra driver, for failing to adhere to traffic regulations," the report states.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Karakalpakstan has taken prosecutorial control over the investigation of this criminal case.
