A criminal case was opened against a citizen who beat a doctor in Guzor

Earlier, we reported that a doctor of the medical association of Guzor district of Kashkadarya region was beaten by the patient's son.  The Regional Department of Internal Affairs reacted to the situation.

It is noted that on 14 October of this year, D.O. with a diagnosis of high blood pressure, was brought to the resuscitation department of the emergency medical service of the Guzor district medical association.  Soon after that, D.O.'s husband and children quarreled in the hospital and beat doctor T.H., injuring him.

The application of citizen T.H. was registered on 14 October 2022, in the Duty Department of the Internal Affairs Department of Guzor district.

In connection with this situation, on 19 October of this year, a criminal case was initiated under Article 109, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the investigative team of the Guzor District Internal Affairs Department, and preliminary investigations are being conducted.
