A person involved in selling drugs was arrested in the Syrdarya region, according to a report from the Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
On August 6-7, during the "Taking It Under Control" operation in Gulistan City, a resident was caught selling a polythene bag containing 2,755 grams of moist cannabis with a pungent odor for 2,000,000 soums to another individual from the same city. The suspect was apprehended with the physical evidence.
"Investigations are currently ongoing in connection with this case," the report stated.
It should be noted that earlier in Tashkent, individuals were caught selling powerful drugs and narcotics.
