The "Gazalkent" water reservoir in the Bostonlik district of Tashkent region is being leased to business entities via an electronic auction. This follows a decision made by the head of state, allowing natural water bodies to be leased online. As a result, the reservoir was listed on the E-auction platform for business leasing.

The facility is offered for a 10-year lease. According to the decision by the Cabinet of Ministers, which regulates the leasing of state-owned water bodies via the E-auction platform, the minimum monthly salary will be adjusted for any rent increases. The initial monthly rent for the reservoir is set at 525,000 soums.

If the auction winner fails to pay the service fee within five working days or refuses to sign the lease agreement, the potential runner-up in the auction will be given an additional five days to make the necessary payment. If the payment is made, the runner-up will be recognized as the winner, and a formal report will be issued. In the event of non-payment or unavailability of a suitable candidate, the reservoir will be re-auctioned.
