A group of people who stole cattle from citizens was caught

A group of persons involved in stealing cattle from citizens of “Yukori Chirchik” district of Tashkent region was identified.  This was reported by the Information Service of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of the Tashkent region.

It is noted that 5 sheep were stolen from the yard of a citizen living in “Faizabad” neighborhood of the district by unknown persons.  At the same time, this situation was brought under control and investigations were started.

4 days later, 4 sheep and 2 calves were stolen from the house of another citizen living on “Qaytmas” street of this neighborhood.

In the course of studies and rapid investigation activities in the area, it was determined that these two crimes were committed by 6 persons between the ages of 20-25, and they were detained in procedural order.

During the preliminary investigation of the case, 15 million soms of material damages were recovered from the citizen in the first case.  In the second case, 4 stolen sheep and 2 calves were returned to the victim.

“Currently, a criminal case has been initiated against the arrested persons under Article 169, Part 3 of the Criminal Code,” the department said.
