In Ferghana, a factory worker died after being hit by a bunker

In Ferghana, an employee of "Metall Universal 777" limited liability company died after falling under a bunker at "Indorama Kokand Fertilizers and Chemicals" joint-stock company.  This was reported by the Press Service of the "Uzkimyosanoat" Joint Stock Company.

The incident happened yesterday, 17 October at 11:10 a.m. at "Indorama Kokand Fertilizers and Chemicals" JSC located in the Fergana region.

According to the report, during the course of construction and assembly works being carried out in the territory of the enterprise, including in the packaging workshop, based on the contract concluded between "Indorama Kokand Fertilizers and Chemicals" JSC and "Metall Universal 777" Limited Liability Company, while metal construction parts were being installed under the bunker, it collapsed because the bunker supports were cut.  As a result, a worker from "Metall Universal 777" LLC fell under the collapsed bunker and died.

Currently, a preliminary examination and investigation are being carried out.
