A transformer caught fire in Fergana. The Regional Emergency Management Department provided information on the situation.
Yesterday, 8 January, a fire broke out in a transformer located in the territory of “Okhchi” neighborhood of Koshtepa district.
2 fire-rescue crews arrived at the scene at 18:00p.m., after disconnecting the transformer from the power grid by specialists of the regional power grid company, the fire was completely extinguished at 18:08p.m.
No one was injured or killed as a result of the accident. The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage are currently being determined.
Earlier, it was reported that a fire broke out in the workshop of an enterprise in Tashkent.
