Nexia hits 9-year-old boy on a bicycle in Fergana

A Nexia-2 car struck a 9-year-old boy riding a bicycle in Margilan, Fergana region, according to the Regional Traffic Safety Department.

The accident occurred on September 21 at noon at the intersection of Osman Nasir and Ahmed Yassavi streets in Margilan.

The cyclist, M.A., born in 2015, was injured in the collision. His father, along with the driver, immediately took him to the hospital and provided first aid.

The Margilan City Police Department is currently investigating the incident.

This follows an earlier incident in the Samarkand region where a Tracker car hit a 12-year-old cyclist crossing the sidewalk.
