Underground facilities for illegal gas cylinder storage were found in Fergana

4044Underground facilities intended for the illegal storage of liquefied gas cylinders were discovered in the Fergana region, preventing the theft of 414 gas cylinders, according to a report by the press service of "Hududgazta'minot" JSC.
Control operations were conducted in collaboration with the compliance control units of "Hududgazta'minot" JSC, employees from the gas supply branch "Hududgaz Fergana," and law enforcement agencies. During raids carried out on October 14 in the Buvaida district of the Ferghana region, storage "bunkers" were found in the "Dehkhanabad" and "Dustlik" neighborhoods, intended for the illegal storage of liquefied gas cylinders.
In the "Dehkhanabad" neighborhood, authorities discovered 69 non-residential premises belonging to citizen A.T., where 35 household gas cylinders, owned by "Hududgaz Fergana," were found in the residence of citizen E.F. Additionally, citizen A.K. had established a "bunker" in a non-residential space, where 110 household gas cylinders were stored. Furthermore, in the "Dustlik" neighborhood, 200 gas cylinders were found in a "bunker" located in a non-residential space owned by citizen T.H.
A total of 414 household gas cylinders (314 of which were filled with liquefied gas), containing 6.2 thousand kilograms of liquefied gas products, were seized, preventing them from being stolen. The necessary documentation was completed, and all materials were handed over to law enforcement agencies.
Earlier, it was reported that in the Urgut district of the Samarkand region, a plumber-supplier had falsified documents and sold gas worth 110.7 million sums to other individuals.
