Mass cleaning initiative in Tashkent to beautify public spaces

A large-scale cleaning campaign will be held in Tashkent on April 12-13. This was announced by the Tashkent city administration.

It was noted that a citywide effort will focus on cleaning the surroundings of multi-story buildings, public areas, and improving green spaces. Order will be established across all districts of the city, with trees being planted and courtyards beautified.

"This is our collective contribution to the cleanliness and beauty of our beloved city. Dear Tashkent residents, we encourage you to actively participate in the campaign! Maintaining cleanliness is not just an urban tradition—it is a mark of respect for ourselves, our neighbors, and our cherished Tashkent," the announcement said.
