In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, the weather will be partly cloudy with some rain in the morning. Winds will shift from the west to the east at 5-10 m/s. The temperature will be 7-12°C at night and 14-19°C during the day.

In the foothills and mountainous areas, the weather will be partly cloudy with scattered rain showers. Winds will shift from the west to the east at 7-12 m/s. The temperature will be 4-9°C both at night and during the day.
