Rain expected in some regions tomorrow

Rain is expected in some regions of Uzbekistan tomorrow, June 3, according to the weather forecast published by Uzhydromet.

In Tashkent, the weather will be partly cloudy. Short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon. Winds will blow from the east at 3-8 metres per second, strengthening to 12-15 metres per second in some areas and possibly causing dust storms. The temperature will be 19-21 degrees Celsius at night and 33-35 degrees during the day.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, the weather will be partly cloudy, with short-term rain and thunderstorms possible in some places. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 metres per second, strengthening to 15-20 metres per second in some areas and possibly causing dust storms. Temperatures will be 15-20 degrees at night and 26-31 degrees during the day.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, partly cloudy weather is expected, with short-term rain and thunderstorms possible in some places. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 metres per second, strengthening to 15-20 metres per second in some areas and possibly causing dust storms. Temperatures will be 20-25 degrees at night and 33-38 degrees during the day.

In Tashkent, Sirdaryo, Jizzakh and Samarkand regions, the weather will be partly cloudy, with short-term rain and thunderstorms possible in some areas. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 metres per second, strengthening to 13-18 metres per second in some places and possibly causing dust storms. Temperatures will be 18-23 degrees at night and 30-35 degrees during the day.

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, partly cloudy weather is expected, with short-term rain and thunderstorms possible in some places. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 metres per second, strengthening to 13-18 metres per second in some areas and possibly causing dust storms. Temperatures will be 18-23 degrees at night and 33-38 degrees during the day.

In Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions, the weather will be partly cloudy, with short-term rain and thunderstorms possible in some places. Winds will blow from the east at 5-10 metres per second. Temperatures will be 18-23 degrees at night and 30-35 degrees during the day.

In foothill and mountainous areas of the country, partly cloudy weather is expected. Rain and thunderstorms may occur in some places. Mudflows and flooding are possible. Winds will blow from the east at 7-12 metres per second, strengthening to 13-18 metres per second during thunderstorms. Temperatures will be 12-17 degrees at night and 23-28 degrees during the day.

Mudflows and flooding may occur in foothill and mountainous areas from June 2 to 5.
