Weather forecast for May 15: Hot and dry conditions expected across Uzbekistan

Uzhydromet has issued the national weather forecast for Wednesday, May 15.

In Tashkent, the weather will be partly cloudy with no precipitation expected. Winds will blow from the east at 3–8 meters per second. Nighttime temperatures will range from 22 to 24 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures will rise to 37–39 degrees.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, the weather will be partly cloudy and variable in some areas, with no precipitation. Easterly winds will blow at 7–12 meters per second, occasionally increasing to 13–18 meters per second, with dusty conditions possible in some areas. Temperatures will be between 20 and 25 degrees at night, and 35–40 degrees during the day.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, partly cloudy skies are expected with no precipitation. Eastern winds will blow at 7–12 meters per second, increasing to 13–18 meters per second in some places, with the possibility of dust storms. Nighttime temperatures will be 22–27 degrees, and daytime temperatures will reach 38–43 degrees.

In Tashkent, Syrdarya, Jizzakh, and Samarkand regions, the weather will be slightly cloudy and variable in some areas, with no expected precipitation. Easterly winds will blow at 7–12 meters per second. Temperatures will range from 19 to 24 degrees at night and 36–41 degrees during the day.

In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be slightly cloudy and variable, with no precipitation expected. Easterly winds will blow at 7–12 meters per second. Temperatures will be 22–27 degrees at night and 38–43 degrees during the day.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, the weather will be slightly cloudy and changeable in some places, with no precipitation. Winds will blow from the east at 5–10 meters per second. Temperatures will be 18–23 degrees at night and 34–39 degrees during the day.

In the mountainous regions of Uzbekistan, the weather will be slightly cloudy and changeable, with no precipitation expected. Winds will blow from the east at 7–12 meters per second. Temperatures will range from 13–18 degrees at night and 28–33 degrees during the day.
