Uzhydromet issues urgent weather warning

Uzhydromet has announced the weather forecast for tomorrow, May 24.

According to the forecast, the weather in Tashkent will be partly cloudy, with no precipitation expected. Winds will blow from the east at speeds of 3-8 m/s. Temperatures will range from 17-19 degrees Celsius at night to 31-33 degrees during the day.

In the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the Khorezm region, the weather will be partly cloudy and variable in some areas, with no precipitation expected. Winds will blow from the west at 7-12 m/s, increasing locally to 13-18 m/s, accompanied by dust in some places. Night temperatures will be between 13-18 degrees, with daytime highs of 27-32 degrees.

In Bukhara and Navoi regions, the weather will be partly cloudy and changeable in some locations, with no precipitation expected. Winds from the west will range from 7-12 m/s, increasing locally to 13-18 m/s, with dust observed in some areas. Temperatures will be 15-20 degrees at night and 30-35 degrees during the day.

Winds will blow from the west at speeds of 7-12 m/s, increasing locally to 13-18 m/s, with dust observed in some areas. In Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya regions, the weather will be partly cloudy and changeable in some locations, with no precipitation expected. Winds from the west will blow at 7-12 m/s, locally increasing to 13-18 m/s, accompanied by dust in some areas. Night temperatures will range from 18-23 degrees, with daytime highs of 33-38 degrees.

In Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana regions, the weather will be partly cloudy and variable in some places, with no precipitation expected. Winds will blow from the west at 5-10 m/s. Temperatures will range from 15-20 degrees at night to 30-35 degrees during the day.

In the mountainous and hilly regions of the republic, the weather will be mostly cloudy, with possible short-term rain and thunderstorms in some areas. Flash floods are possible. Winds will blow from the west at 7-12 m/s, increasing locally to 13-18 m/s. Temperatures will be between 10-15 degrees at night and 18-23 degrees during the day.

It should be noted that earlier the Tashkent city administration issued a warning about deteriorating weather conditions, which may cause power lines to be downed, trees to fall, and an increase in dust levels in the air.
