The fight of Uzbekistani professional boxer Shahjakhan Ergashev against Puerto Rico’s Sabriel Matias for the belt of the International Boxing Federation (IBF) can be held on October 28 of this year.  The athlete told about this in his live broadcast on Instagram.

On the same day, a fight for the WBC belt will take place between Devin Haney and Regis Progress in Las Vegas, USA.  Ergashev said that the IBF may hold the Matias-Ergashev fight on the same evening.

Ergashev also discussed many issues related to his upcoming fight with his promoter Dmitriy Salita on yesterday’s live broadcast.  Ergashev even mentioned that practical work has begun on organizing the fight for the championship belt in Uzbekistan.

It should be noted that earlier it was reported that Ergashev and Matias were “fighting” on the social network.  A few days ago, the Uzbek boxer responded to Matias’ Instagram photo with an Uzbek meme.
