Uzbekistan will host the President of Turkey

There will be a presidential visit of the state leader of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Uzbekistan in late March this year.  This statement was given by the President of Turkey during a meeting with the Council of Elders under the organization of Turkic States on 11 February at the Vahdetdin residence of Istanbul.  

Bakhtiyer Saifullayev, a member of the Council of Elders under the organization of Turkic States, had participated in the meeting in Istanbul on behalf of Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, Erdoğan noted that, as a result of the political will of the President of Uzbekistan, not only has the situation in Central Asia been fully renewed and good relations restored, but also strong fraternal ties with the members of the organization of Turkic States have been established.

In his report, the Turkish president presses that he planned to visit Tashkent in late March this year, and believes that the summit of the organization of Turkic States, which is expected to be held in Uzbekistan in the autumn, will play an important role in bringing the organization to a new level.

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan said "I would like to sum up my statement with my sincere greetings and best wishes to my sibling, Shavkat Mirziyoyev."
