Akmal Rozikulovich Jumanazarov was appointed Deputy Minister of Energy by the relevant decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This was reported by the Press Service of the Ministry of Energy.
Before his appointment, he was working in the Cabinet of Ministers’ Department of Geology, Energy, Industry and Development of its Basic Sectors.
It is noted that A. Jumanazarov is the Deputy Minister of Energy for the issues of electric power and coal industry.
We remind you that on 16 January of this year, at a meeting held in the presence of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev regarding the supply of energy resources, Deputy Minister of Energy Sherzod Khojayev was released from his post. Such a decision was made because he had assessed the situation in advance and had not adequately prepared for the winter season.
