5435Now in Uzbekistan, administrative responsibility for obstructing the activity of a medical worker has been established. In this regard, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed the relevant law.
It is noted that the Code of Administrative Responsibility was supplemented by a new Article 197-7. It established administrative responsibility for obstructing the legal medical activity of a medical worker or for this purpose, influencing the medical worker in various forms against the law.
For this act, citizens will be fined from 1.5 million to 2.1 million soms (5 to 7 times the amount of the basic calculation), and officials will be fined from 2.1 million to 3 million soms (7 to 10 times). Or up to 15 days of administrative imprisonment.
