Individuals challenging officials' decisions in the administrative court are no longer required to pay state duty

4382Citizens filing appeals against officials' decisions in the administrative court will be exempt from state duty following amendments to the "On State Duty" law signed by the President.
Violations of individuals' rights by local state authorities, executive authorities of the republic, and other authorized bodies will no longer incur state duty when brought to court.
If the requirements of these individuals are fully or partially rejected, state duty will be imposed in proportion to the extent of the refusal.
In the mentioned scenarios, state duty for citizen applications is now set at 70% of the Basic Calculation Amount, contrasting the previous rate of 1 times the BCA .
The law becomes effective upon its official announcement.
