The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has set the exchange rates of foreign currencies against the Uzbek soum effective from August 28.
Accordingly, the official rate of the US dollar increased by 58.33 soums, reaching 12,412.98 soums.
The euro rose by 2.12 soums and was set at 14,386.64 soums.
The Russian ruble also strengthened by 0.35 soums, amounting to 154.28 soums.
