Dollar reaches a record high again

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has announced updated foreign currency exchange rates against the Uzbek sum, effective November 21.
According to the new rates:
- The official exchange rate of the US dollar rose by 11.93 sums, reaching 12,855.93 sums.
- The euro also experienced an increase of 20.30 sums, now set at 13,570.72 sums.
- In contrast, the Russian ruble decreased by 0.14 sums, bringing its rate to 128.16 sums.
These fluctuations highlight continued volatility in the currency exchange market.
