Dollar rate falls again

The Central Bank of Uzbekistan has announced the exchange rates for foreign currencies effective from December 3.
According to the updates:
- The official dollar rate has dropped by 13.67 sums, now standing at 12,838.83 sums.
- The euro rate has decreased by 70.92 sums, reaching 13,498.22 sums.
- Meanwhile, the Russian ruble has risen by 0.71 sums to 119.70 sums.
