The Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan has announced the official exchange rates for foreign currencies against the Uzbek sum, effective January 16.
The exchange rate for the US dollar has decreased by 8.99 sums, now standing at 12,962.01 sums.
In contrast, the euro has seen an increase of 56.88 sums, with the new exchange rate set at 13,365.13 sums.
Meanwhile, the Russian ruble has dropped by 0.02 sums, now valued at 126.02 sums.
