Today, October 13, dust storms are expected in several regions of Uzbekistan, according to Uzhydromet.
The report states that in certain areas of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as well as the Khorezm, Bukhara, and Navoi regions, wind speeds may increase to 13–18 m/s, accompanied by dust storms.
“Residents and visitors in these regions are advised to take precautionary measures, limit outdoor activities, and wear masks when going outside,” the statement said.
