Temperatures in Uzbekistan to soar to 39°C over the weekend

Uzhydromet has issued a weather forecast for April 26–27, indicating a significant increase in air temperatures across Uzbekistan.

According to the forecast, the weather will be partly cloudy and variable in some regions, with no precipitation expected. Winds will blow from the east at a speed of 7–12 m/s, and may intensify to 15–20 m/s in certain areas, possibly accompanied by dust.

Air temperatures are expected to gradually rise over the weekend. On April 26, daytime temperatures will reach 27–30°C, while on April 27, they will climb to 32–35°C. In some northern, southern, and desert regions, the mercury is expected to reach 36–39°C.

In the capital city of Tashkent, dry weather will prevail. Daytime temperatures will range from 30–32°C on April 26 to 32–34°C on April 27, while nighttime temperatures will remain between 15–18°C. Wind speeds in Tashkent are forecasted at 3–8 m/s, blowing from the east.
