Uncle who forced his nieces to massage was imprisoned in Bukhara

A 30-year-old man in the Bukhara region was held accountable for lying naked and forcing his nieces and nephews to massage his body. QALAMPIR.UZ got acquainted with the court documents.

It is noted that the offender M.R. until May 2024, in his living room, took off his clothes, lay naked, and regularly massaged his nieces, namely his sister's 10 and 9-year-old daughters, thereby intentionally committing an offense that was unacceptable and insulting to their honor and dignity.

In court, the offender M.R. did not confess to his guilt, stating that this did not happen at all, and testified that his former mistress was slandering him in order to take the children for herself, and asked the court to make a fair decision in his case.

However, the victim girls denied this testimony of their uncle and testified that when her uncle came home from work, he would force her and her sister to massage their bodies regularly, and if she did not massage them, he would fight her, that her uncle was naked, that her mother would clean the yard on cold days, that she and her sister did not want to live with their mother, and that she wanted to live in her father's house.

Although the offender F.M. argued in court that he was innocent and that he did not tell his nieces to massage his body, the court considered these arguments to be arguments that he had given to escape responsibility.

By the court's decision, F.M. was found guilty of committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 41-1 (Sexual misconduct) of the Code of Administrative Offenses and was sentenced to 3 days of administrative detention.

It should be recalled that earlier, three men were sentenced to 10 days in prison for sexually assaulting and insulting a pregnant woman in the Yashnabad district of Tashkent.
