An Olympic champion from Uzbekistan will participate in the World Championship today

Today 16 November, the 3rd day of the Taekwondo WT World Championship hosted by Guadalajara will start. Ulugbek Rashitov, the champion of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics among men, and Zarnigor Husniddinova, among women, will start their participation in the World Cup.
Rashitov will fight against the winner of Puerto Rico's Adrian Benitez and Uruguay's Federico Gonzalez in -68 kg, while Zarnigor Husniddinova will face Morocco's Rabab Ohadi in women's -48 kg.
It should be noted that in the battles held on 15 November, Uzbek athletes won two bronze medals.
