It was stated by Erkin Abdulahatov, the leading expert of Uzgidromet, climate scientist, that 5–6-point magnetic storms of G4 level are expected today, 8th of May in Tashkent.
During G4 magnetic storms, some people experience slight headaches towards the back of the head and the forehead. Recommendations have been made to move as little as possible, and stay at home. Other recommendations include refraining from smoking, drinking alcohol or coffee and to avoid physical exertion. Citizens should eat fish and green vegetables in order to reduce any negative effects on the body.
