Khusanov impresses Guardiola as City prepares for Bournemouth Match

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola spoke about Uzbek defender Abdukodir Khusanov during a press conference ahead of the FA Cup match against Bournemouth, scheduled for March 30.

"Khusanov has unique qualities, that’s clear. He’s truly a distinctive player. He is very fast and approaches football with great passion. Although it might be difficult to see this from his facial expressions and body language at times, he displays his passion through many of his actions. We are very pleased with him,” Guardiola said.

It’s worth noting that after the national team matches, Khusanov rejoined the Manchester City base and participated in the team’s training session on March 28.

The Bournemouth vs. Manchester City match is part of the FA Cup quarterfinals and will kick off at 8:30 PM Tashkent time.
