Basaksehir completes permanent transfer of Eldor Shomurodov

Istanbul-based club Basaksehir has completed the permanent transfer of Uzbek forward Eldor Shomurodov. This was reported by Zpor.
According to the report, the €2.7 million buyout clause included in the loan agreement between the Turkish club and Italy’s Roma has been activated. Under the terms of the deal, Roma will retain 10 percent of any future transfer fee if Basaksehir sells Shomurodov to another club.
For reference, Eldor Shomurodov has made 28 appearances for Basaksehir, scoring 14 goals and providing five assists. He is currently leading the Turkish Super Lig’s top scorers chart.
