The Bank “seized” a “Mercedes-Benz” due to arrears

In Tashkent, a Mercedes-Benz car was transferred to the bank due to a debt of 4.3 billion soms. This was reported by the Enforcement Bureau under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to the executive order of the Tashkent inter-district economic court dated 21 January 2022, the debtor in favor of Ipoteka bank ATB "L.S.W."  It was decided to recover 4 billion 358 million 418 thousand 221 soms of loan debt from LLC.

A. Rajabov, the state bailiff of the Yunusabad District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, initiated compulsory enforcement actions after the debtor company failed to pay off a large amount of loan debt owed to the bank.

After that, the "Mercedes-Benz" 221W vehicle, which was pledged for a total loan amount of 4.3 billion soms, was seized and measures are being taken to put it up for online auction.
