21194Shukurali Qurbonov, who was sentenced to 8 years and 2 months in the "Bakhti Tashkentsky" case, has died. This was reported by a source from QALAMPIR.UZ.
Yesterday, on July 19, the verdicts for those convicted in this case were announced in the Yunusobod District Court. According to the court's decision, 60-year-old Shukurali Qurbonov was found guilty of crimes under Article 165 (Extortion), Clauses "a" and "v", and Article 168 (Fraud), Clauses "a" and "v" of the Criminal Code. He was sentenced to 8 years and 2 months in prison, with the punishment to be served in general regime colonies.
It should be noted that earlier, the court sentenced Bakhtiyor Qudratullayev to 20 years in prison, his brother Shuhrat Qudratullayev to 10 years and 6 months, and his sons Bekzod Zafarov and Ikhtiyor Qudratullayev to 11 and 9 years respectively. Additionally, it was reported that the female defendant, Nargiza Jumanyozova, was sentenced to 4 years and 4 months of imprisonment.
