Information on some state orders will be announced compulsorily

From 1 January 2023, information on the state social order will be published on a mandatory basis.  This is stated in the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers «On measures to further improve the mechanisms of social partnership and public control».

According to the decision, until 1 December 2022, the following mechanisms of social partnership and public control will be introduced on the electronic portal e-ngo.uz:

• to participate in the development of programs by non-governmental, non-commercial organizations (NGOs), to monitor their implementation, to submit to the responsible State bodies a document to be considered on the results of monitoring, and to propose draft laws;
• to post the results of the NGO review on the electronic portal;
• to present the documents prepared by NGOs on the results of public control to public authorities and disclosure of the results of their consideration.

Also, from 1 January 2023, the following will be posted compulsorily on the electronic portal by state bodies and organizations:

• projects of social and economic programs;
• announcements on the state social order to NGOs for the implementation of projects;
• applications for public funds for the next year;
• the state of expenditure of results and funds of the state social order.

For reference, this electronic portal has been developed by the Ministry of Justice to provide online services to non-governmental non-commercial organizations.
