The decree of the President of Uzbekistan "On measures to classify territories of the Republic and introduce a differentiated system of entrepreneurship support" was adopted.
According to this, starting from 1 January 2023, 208 districts and cities in Uzbekistan were divided into 5 categories based on their economic situation.
Depending on the category, tax benefits, the procedure for allocating subsidies and measures to support business activities are determined for these districts.
Also, from 1 January 2023 to 1 January 2026, payments for child support in state kindergartens will be reduced as follows, based on the category of districts:
in districts of the 5th category - 50 percent;
in districts of the 4th category - 50 percent;
In districts of the 3rd category - 30 percent.
