32 officials were punished for the deficiencies in attractions

In 2022, 43 inspections were conducted by experts on the quality level of attractions in amusement parks across Uzbekistan.  Based on these inspections, a total of 354 violations of the law were noted, and 32 officials who made mistakes were punished administratively.

Malika Mirjamolova, head of the information service of the State Committee for Industrial Safety, reported on this at a briefing held at the Information and Mass Communications Agency.

He said that this year alone, 59 attractions temporarily stopped working due to malfunctions.

Also, to avoid such shortcomings, it is now necessary to obtain a license before each season for the use of attractions in amusement parks.

Malika Mirjamolova said, "670 employees were trained in special training courses on the use of amusement parks."

In addition, to improve the legislative system of the field of attractions, regulations on the use of attractions and their technical service were developed and adopted by the Ministry of Justice as a regulatory document.

According to the law, a passport for obtaining a license for the installation, repair, and operation of attractions was introduced.
