Due to the anomalous cold weather currently occuring in Uzbekistan, there are cases of malfunctions in the technical condition of foreign ATMs, thus preventing the withdrawal of money. This was reported by “Kishloq Kurilish Bank”.
“On frosty days, we recommend that you use ATMs in indoor facilities as much as possible to withdraw money from bank cards,” the report says.
The bank also asked customers not to leave the doors of their offices open 24 hours a day. It is noted that this may cause the breakdown of ATMs, air conditioners and other technical equipment in branches.
It should be noted that the Center of Hydrometeorological Service announced that the anomalous cold weather in the country will continue until the end of the week.
