A young man from Andijan received his birth certificate at the age of 19

Nurmuhammad Toychiyev, a resident of Marhamat district of Andijan region, has been living with the name Nurmuhammad given by his aunt for 19 years without identity documents.  This was reported by the press service of the district administration.

It is noted that Nurmuhammad Toychiyev was born on 10 August 2003, but for some reason he was never issued a birth certificate.

Faridakhan Arabbayeva, the young man’s aunt, had repeatedly appealed to official organizations and civil court.  However, she never got an answer.  Due to the absence of parents, following the death of his mother and other reasons, the aunt could not get a birth certificate for her nephew.

Regarding this issue, the citizen appealed to the Marhamat District Hokimat, and with their support, the matter was considered in the Asaka Inter-District Court on Civil Affairs.  The court issued a decision to satisfy Nurmuhammad Toychiyev’s interests.  He received a birth certificate 19 years after his birth.
