Bride recovered her dowry with the help of the Enforcement Bureau in Andijan

In Qo‘rg‘ontepa district, a woman was assisted in recovering 55 items of her dowry from her former marital household. This was reported by the Andijan Regional Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.

According to the report, based on an enforcement document received by the Khanabad City Department of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau, the debtor M.Sh. was ordered to return a total of 55 types of property to the claimant, M.S. The list included clothing, furniture, household appliances, and other household items brought to the family as the bride’s dowry.

During enforcement actions carried out by the bureau’s city department staff, all the property specified in the enforcement document was fully returned to the claimant.

It is worth noting that earlier in Samarkand region, a bride who had lived with her husband’s family for only five days also managed to recover her dowry through the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau.
