Road collapses in Andijan

A video circulating on social media shows part of a road in Andijan city, Andijan region, collapsing and leaving a large hole. Andijan Suv Ta’minoti issued a statement on the incident.
According to the company, work is under way to address a problem related to the sewage network.
It was reported that a complaint had been received about a malfunction in the central sewage system in the Farobiy neighborhood of Andijan city.
Specialists from Andijan Suv Ta’minoti JSC are currently studying the situation and carrying out repair work.
It is worth noting that earlier reports said part of a retaining wall had partially collapsed on the new tunnel road near the intersection of Temur Malik and Buyuk Ipak Yuli streets in Tashkent.
