Nexia hits 10-year-old student in Andijan (video)

A Nexia-2 car hit a 10-year-old schoolboy in the city of Andijan, Andijan region. This was reported by the regional Road Safety Department.
According to the report, on September 25 at around 15:35, on the 342nd kilometer of the A-373 international highway passing through the territory of Bogishamol neighborhood, driver N.D., born in 1993, was driving a Nexia-2 when he hit I.D., born in 2015, who was crossing the road at an unregulated pedestrian crossing.
As a result of the traffic accident, the child sustained minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
Authorities said an investigation into the incident is currently underway.
It is worth noting that earlier in the Tashkent region, an 18-year-old man hit an 11th grader while driving his brother's Malibu. The pedestrian was not injured in that accident.
