Sherzod Esonov, a 21-year-old member of Andijon Football Club, has transferred to Russia’s Akron club for $200,000. This was reported by the press service of the Andijon team.
According to the source, during the summer transfer window, the Tolyatti team made a serious offer for Esonov. After negotiations between the two clubs, Esonov was transferred to Akron for $200,000.
It is noteworthy that Akron will participate in the Russian Premier League for the first time in its history. Last year, the team won bronze medals in the Russian First League, earning promotion to the elite division.
