Frank Lampard, the legendary English footballer, may soon take over as manager of the Italian club AS Roma, according to 'Sky Sports'.

The report indicates that 46-year-old Lampard is among the leading candidates to replace Roma's current coach, Croatian Ivan Juric, should he step down from his position.

Lampard, best known for his iconic career at Chelsea, has previously managed clubs such as Derby County and Everton.

Notably, Eldor Shomurodov, the captain of Uzbekistan's national team, currently plays for Roma. The 29-year-old striker was on the bench during the club's recent Serie A match against Verona.
