Security passports of settlements will be drawn up

3970Security passports for settlements will be established. In this regard, the Minister of Emergencies' order titled "On the Approval of the Regulation for the Procedure of Drawing Up and Approving Model Security Passports for Settlements and Objects of the Republic of Uzbekistan" has been issued.
The primary aim of creating a security passport is to gather information about settlements and objects to safeguard them from natural and man-made emergencies through monitoring and analysis.
District (city) mayors are required to send notifications via emergency departments regarding the formation of security passports in neighborhoods.
Security passports consist of five tables and include the following information:
- Total area, in square kilometers
- Population of the neighborhood
- Number of households in the neighborhood
- Number of multi-story and detached houses
- Population density
- Number of high-risk objects
- Number of social and economic objects
The following densely populated objects are also specified:
- Healthcare facilities
- Preschool educational institutions, schools, vocational education institutions, and higher education institutions
- Shopping complexes
- Cultural and sports institutions
- Mosques
The document includes data on the number of emergency situations that occurred in the past year and the estimated potential damage resulting from such situations.
It is reported that this document has been published in the national database of legal documents and will come into effect on October 11, 2024.
