Between January-September 2022, 11 new mosques were registered in Uzbekistan. The National News Agency of Uzbekistan gave information about this.
A total of 11 new mosques were commissioned in Uzbekistan in 9 months. As a result, the total number of mosques in the country has reached 2112.
Also, 49 mosques were rebuilt and 35 were renovated during 9 months of this year.
In addition, construction and repair works are currently underway in 325 mosques in the republic.
