28 national teams secure their spots in the World Cup

Twenty-eight national teams have secured their participation in the FIFA World Cup, which will be held next year across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
In October, Egypt, followed by Algeria, Ghana, Cape Verde, South Africa, Qatar, England, Saudi Arabia, Côte d’Ivoire, and Senegal qualified for the tournament.

Earlier, in September, Uruguay, Colombia, Paraguay, Morocco, and Tunisia had already guaranteed their spots in the major competition.
Previously, Japan, New Zealand, Iran, Argentina, Uzbekistan, South Korea, Jordan, Australia, Ecuador, and Brazil had qualified through the preliminary stage. The national teams of the United States, Canada, and Mexico will participate as host nations.
In total, 48 teams will take part in the tournament, which is scheduled to take place from June 11 to July 19 next year.
